About me.

I have a degree in Kinesiology and a lifetime of athleticism that started in pre-school.
Like so many of you, I still live with injuries from accidents and chronic sports injuries from years of pushing my body.

I understand your story. I am constantly crafting innovative workouts, short-term programs, and custom requests, combining multiple disciplines, diet, and dedication.

I believe it’s all about being well, no hype.

In just over 9 months of my health journey, I have lost over 45lbs through a trained Pilates-based program with Jess. The mornings I am feeling rough and unmotivated, I know I could show up to her class and instantly have my mood switched. I like how committed she is, making sure everyone in the class moves through the workout with the correct form and making sure we finish each workout with a purpose. I like how we progress in each session’s reps, exercising according to our strength and endurance and helping me better myself week after week. Change can be difficult. I joined a new gym and trained with a guy who was good at his work. I wondered about the change when he left, but I hit the jackpot. Jess was my new trainer, and we’ve been together ever since. Smart, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable. I faced multiple physical issues during our time together, and she easily modified my workouts to accommodate my limitations.
