About me.
I have a degree in Kinesiology and a lifetime of athleticism that started in pre-school.
Like so many of you, I still live with injuries from accidents and chronic sports injuries from years of pushing my body.
I understand your story. I am constantly crafting innovative workouts, short-term programs, and custom requests, combining multiple disciplines, diet, and dedication.
